It's an ancient stone-built convent, which has been restored and is used for activities and  services of the park. Inside it you'll find:

• a projection room to watch multi-medial short films about ancient Rome;
• an area for housing and resting with facilities and souvenirs;
• cold dishes;
• Roman style furnished "Triclini"-halls, where you'll be able to taste the typical Roman dishes.
